Iwa (Eva) Cavarlez
Iwa began her career in escrow in 1986 working for an escrow company in Torrance as a receptionist/secretary learning the basics of the escrow process. She began working as a back-up for a busy desk specializing in new construction and real estate sales transactions. In 1989, she began handling sale and refinance transactions for an escrow company in Rancho Palos Verdes, where she remained until 1994. Taking a break from the escrow industry, Iwa served as an administrative assistant to the mayor of the City of Los Angeles from 1994 until 1998. She then returned to escrow and began working for International City Escrow, Inc.
Iwa is well-trained in all types of escrows. She is a Notary Public and a member of the National Notary Association.
