Susan Humphrey

Susan started her career in 1991 at International City Escrow and was a part of this company for 16 years. Since that time she has remained in escrow, continuing to offer her knowledge and experience to Long Beach agents.

Susan specializes in residential sales, commercial sales (with SBA loans), Tract escrow, 1031-exchange, and she is a Notary Public.

She has a wonderful husband, 4 adult children and 4 grandchildren that she enjoys immensely. A new addition to her family is her 8 month old puppy, Bear!

When asked what she likes about escrow and how she feels about her return she said:

“I am very excited and happy to be back working with everyone here again! Escrow is never boring. There is always something unique to each transaction. Even after 33 years, I still continue to learn new things in this career. In Residential transactions, I enjoy helping people understand the escrow process and being a part of one of the most important milestones of their lives! In Commercial, I enjoy the complexity of the deals.”

Susan’s hobbies and interests include walking, being active in her church, watching movies and traveling. Her top favorite places she’s traveled to are: the Hawaiian Islands (all of them), Italy, Greece and the Greek Islands, Turkey, Israel, Cancun, Puerto Vallarta and Cabo San Lucas.
