In the escrow industry since 1982, Patreece brings considerable experience to each transaction to make her clients feel comfortable and secure throughout the transaction. Specializing in commercial transactions, Patreece handles retail centers, commercial and industrial complexes, as well as properties ranging from small own-your owns to large 100+ unit apartment buildings. She is knowledgeable in handling residential escrows of all types, bulk sale and ABC liquor license escrows.
Confident in her knowledge of the business she teaches the escrow process to new and experienced agents alike in some of the area’s top real estate offices. Patreece also is committed to honing her professional skills and knowledge of the community. She is a graduate of Dale Carnegie and of Leadership Long Beach’s Executive Quick Start program.
