Marketing director Dave Ott has made a career of offering excellent customer service. A California native, Dave loves to be with people and has always had a job that required creating a good rapport with his customers.

Dave retired in 2011 after 25 years with the United States Postal Service as a mail carrier. Making the transition from letter carrier to International City Escrow’s marketing director has been a natural one, he says.

“Some Realtors were living on my mail route, so it is nice to still see them,” Dave said. “Representing International City Escrow,Inc. is easy because I am representing such a great quality company. The key is to get to know our customers and I am enjoying that process a great deal.”

Dave’s friendly and enthusiastic attitude is a hallmark of the International City Escrow,Inc. team.
