Loan Escrow

A loan escrow serves the purpose when the property owner elects to borrow money using the property as security for the note. The deed of trust secures the note, in turn when recorded, produces a lien on the real property.

International City Escrow will draft escrow instructions according to the terms set between the client and the lender. Appropriate steps are taken to place title congruent with the same terms. The owner may wish to refinance the property and payoff any existing liens.
